While net parts purchases were down from the Lexus pre-COVID plan, those Dealers who participated in one of the three Lexus-approved conquest programs marked some impressive gains! These conquest programs help you provide parts pricing comparable to the aftermarket at the point of sale, which helps covert aftermarket sales to Genuine Lexus Part sales.  Here’s a look at the numbers:

  • $150 million in OE parts sales were transacted through the Lexus-approved price matching programs.
  • $43 million of that total were converted from aftermarket to Genuine Lexus Parts at the point of sale.
  • Dealers that participated in the approved programs saw an average 20% lift in incremental sales.
