Setting up discounts in OPS Trax is easy. The solution’s TraxPartners app allows you to set discounts and apply them to any eligible conquest part in four simple steps:

  1. Click on the TraxPartners tab within OPSTrax
  2. Next, click on Account Settings
  3. Enter your default discount setting (%) that will apply to the eligible Lexus on-program conquest parts.
  4. Click on Update Discount and Force Update, so the default discount % is saved.

Through TraxPartners, you can override the default discount for particular accounts and apply a different discount allowing you to award loyalty quickly and consistently.

Target the Right Parts

When setting up your discounts, consider the demand for that part in your market area. Is it a new or lower volume part? Is it a high-volume part with aggressive aftermarket competition?
