Lexus Dealers nationwide are currently accruing points in the first-ever Warehouse Windfall, an incentive from Lexus Guest Experience designed to maximize Q4 2023 Genuine Lexus Wholesale Part Sales and take the guest experience to new unparalleled levels.

The Warehouse Windfall will award winning Lexus Parts Managers/Parts Professionals the opportunity to experience an exhilarating 60-second timed shopping spree through the BI Worldwide Merchandise Warehouse. Winners will enjoy a two-day, one-night, all expenses paid trip event to Minneapolis, Minnesota, with accommodations at the JW Marriott Minneapolis Mall of America.

Winning dealerships will be determined within each Area based on the highest number of points accumulated over the incentive period from October 1 to December 31, 2023. The victorious dealership will then choose one Parts Manager or Parts Professional to attend the Warehouse Windfall Trip.

Lexus will offer weekly reports to assist you in tracking progress and staying focused on your goals and final reporting will be provided to your Area Office by January 20, 2024.

The allocation of 25 Parts Manager/Parts Professional winners by Area is as follows:

IRF Marketing CampaignIRF Campaign-initiate 1 IRF campaign per month (from RAPP or dealer affiliate partner) or using marketing assets from (Minimum number 25 accounts in campaign)
Qualifier*Dealer participates in Lexus sponsored Collision Wholesale SaaS platform program (TraxCollision, CollisionLink, Microcat[KW(1]  PartsBridge, CCC).  Enrollment in at least one by November 30, 2023
Tie Breaker:In the event of a tie score, at the end of the incentive period December 31st, 2023, the dealership who achieved the largest wholesale parts $ volume, during the incentive period, will be declared the winner.
